Will I get admission in any of the colleges in Delhi affiliated to Delhi University if I am a resident of Delhi but I have not passed my 12th from any of the schools in Delhi?

Yes, candidates passed std 12th from a recognised board are eligible to get admission in the Delhi university.

There is no bar on admission on the basis of domicile or passed 12th from different state of India.

Candidates with the required qualification for the respective course are eligible to apply for the admission in the course. Admission criteria varies with course.

Having done with intermediate course the students are not even allowed to change the colleges.
When coming to the admission at college affiliated to Delhi University having studied intermediate from other state were not the easily possible to make it.
If you have not studied intermediate from other state then you would have been admitted the colleges affiliated to Delhi University.
