BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BBM stands for Bachelor of Business Management.

No you are not eligible to get admission for BBA/BBM after completing diploma in information technology. For BBA or BBM course candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognized board. If you have done 12th class then you are eligible to get admission in BBM/BBA course other wise not.
