Can I get admission in BCA after Diploma in any branch in colleges in Maharashtra?
Hi, could anybody please confirm whether can I get admission in regular BCA in colleges in Maharashtra after completing 3 years Diploma or not. The Diploma should be in any specific branch or can I get admission in BCA on the basis of Diploma in any branch?

Yes, you can pursue BCA course (Bachelor in Computer Application) after completing Diploma course from a recognized institute.
Note that you must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in Diploma (any stream) to be eligible for pursuing BCA course. But there will be no lateral entry admission because there is no provision for lateral entry in BCA course. You will have to pursue BCA course from 1st year. Duration of BCA is of 3 years. And there is no such branch options in BCA. In BCA, you will study IT related subjects like C Programming, Data Structures, DBMS, Web Technology, Cloud Computing, Python Programming, Unix, Graphics, etc. Some of the BCA institutes in Maharashtra where you can pursue BCA course:

Yes off-course, you can pursue BCA course after completing Diploma course. Even you can choose which ever college you want which gives this course.
