I have done M.Sc in Environmental Science from Bharathiar University via distance mode of education. Can I get a admission in M.Tech in regular mode in IIT Delhi or Sambalpur University or in JNU?

Yes, you can do M.Tech in regular if you fulfill the requirements or the eligibility criteria of those universities you decides to study M.Tech.
