I am sorry to say that your chances of admission in any Mumbai college are tough and the chances are very low.
There is probably a chance that you can get admission through probably reservation quota but even that at this percentage seems tough considering that C.S is the most preferred stream these days for people.
You might get an admission in a meager college but that will not be of any use.
