I have scored a marks of 95 in the jee-mains 2013 while the cut-off marks was 113.I belong to general caste.Can I get admission into any of the top engineering colleges(either private or government)?If yes, which private or government colleges,please specify their names?

I think you might not get admission in NIT because it requires very good marks in JEE MAINS.You have not scored good marks so you will not get admission in NIT.It requires marks around 190 above.Then only you can get admission NIT.For SC,ST marks should be above 120 then only they can get.You know that NIT is top institution in India after IIT.You can go for other colleges.

Is it possible to get admission in any nit or top state level colleges of India after scoring 95 marks in jee main 2016 and 80% in intermediate.

To be able to get admission in any top engineering college seems tough but you have also not got great marks in 12th standard board exams.
You may get a donation seat but that too in a less known college and mostly not of your preferred stream.
The qualification criteria for top universities is 50% in P,C,M and you have to crack their entrance exams.
