Can I get any government college after scoring Gen rank of 45000 in UPSEE and 3000 in SC?


I am a sc student. My rank in upsee 2012 is gen45000 and sc3000 . Can i get any govt. Collage....plzzzzz tell me...

Sir my uptu general rank is 16796 and OBC rank is 4630.Can I get any government college of uptu?
