I am a color blind person. Can I get any job in either central or state government sector? I have also completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

There is no Government Jobs for those who are suffering from Color Blindness as Color Blindness is not included in Disability Criteria of any Govt. jobs.
But those candidates can apply in private sectors for jobs and Teaching job is a good career option for Color Blindness candidates.

***Yes , if the job profile does not require him/her to distinguish the colours.
There will be only few jobs which will debar him/her.

business of your own.
