Can I get any reservation in UPSC recruitment with 100% deaf in one ear?

Hi, I am deaf with 100% in one ear. The other one is working fine and I want to know that am I treated as a Disabled person and get any reservation under UPSC recruitment? Please help me to know about this as soon as possible.
