CS may refer to Computer Science as well as Company Secretary course. Now, since you are from commerce background, let me first provide you information regarding Company Secretary course.

For Company Secretary course, there is specific requirements and hence candidate who has qualified +2 level of examination with any subject combination may register. So, it doesn't matters whether you had mathematics in the +2 level or not, if you have qualified the examination (+2 level), you will be considered eligible for the course. The Company Secretary course is offered by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) through correspondence mode and it comprise of the following stages:

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program
Management Training

The registration is open throughout the year and the Institute do not conducts any entrance examinations for admission. Since you are an undergraduate, you will be considered eligible for the Foundation Course, whereas a graduate is considered eligible for direct admission into the Executive Program.

For further information regarding the course, refer to the official website of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

On the other hand, if your query is regarding Computer Science, than you must have qualified +2 level of examination with subject combination of Physics and Mathematics, in order to be considered eligible for admission into most of the universities offering undergraduate courses in Computer Science.
