You didn't mention the test name so her an little bit confused please mention the test name but i can get an idea with the rank may be test is AIEEE if am right then yes you can easily get admission in any government college but am not sure because admissions are provided on the basis of merit list generated by AIEEE marks si, i would like to suggests you just go for online counseling and fill up the desired colleges
