i am sorry to tell you that it is not possible to take admission with this rank .
i have doubt that you atre going to get reputed private college or not and you told about govt college.
so

Well dear its not possible to get admission in govt. college with this rank but if you have no. of quotas like SC/BC, management, Woman then it may be possible to get admission in any other reputed private college. But it may also suffer you a lot to get admission over there.
