Quite likely you will get a seat on the basis of 4760 rank and RPET rank of 12604. However, you must remember that your higher secondary aggregate marks and specialization is also important to get you a seat in any college. You haven't even mentioned that!

Getting a seat in government medical college is far more difficult then in private or autonomous college because in government colleges you get it on merit. hence, i believe if you have scored anything less than 80& aggregate marks in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects, it shall be difficult to grab a seat.
