I 'm 70% with PCM & NCC B & C Certificate Holder with B & C Grade respectively. Can I get a job opportunity now for joining Defense?

So, you can appear for the examination and after qualifying in the examination will become eligible for the next stages.

There is no direct recruitment in the defence service. So, you have to qualify in various stages as according to the entry for final selection.
