Can I get jobs in IT companies with 6 years of gap since completion of MCA?

I had completed my MCA in the year 2012. Now is it possible to join software industry as I have almost 6 years of gap now? Will I get jobs in MNCs IT companies like Infosys, TCS and Wipro?
