I have completed my b.pharmacy in india, but I am nepali citizen. Can I get job in india.

Nepalese can apply for jobs in India
Citizens of Nepal are not allowed to apply for regular government jobs in India.

They can apply for certain central government jobs .
They need to produce certificate of eligibility from Government to be eligible for government jobs .

They can also apply for civil service exam by UPSC, IES, IFS, bank , railway etc
