i have got 174 marks out of 360 in aieee 2011. i m a gen category boy from m.p., can i get manit bhopal for b.tech?

of 50% state quota.

According to the projected score your AIR should fall in the range 15,000 to 20,000.

Yes, strong probability for getting MANIT. As your would be under 20,000.
Also you will get 50% reservation due to your home state, there are higher chances of getting your requisite branch.
Please dont compare with last year data, as it depend on students also who are ahead of you.

hey ! At 174 marks u will get better or around 15000 rank bcoz paper was of 360 marks.
Last year at 170 (out of 432) rank was around 20000... So u r safe after state 50% !
