Right now am persuing syb.com from mumbai.
And am interested in gettin in marine university.
can i join it? or do it have pgdm course?
i want to go abroad for this course so please let me know best university.
And also fees structure.

To get into Marine (Merchant Navy) following are the eligibility listed buy most of the institutes:

-> Age less than 25
-> should have done 12th with Pcm (physics, chemistry,maths)
-> not less than 60%
->should be physically fit.

In your case i assume you have not done 12th with Pcm.
Still you can go for Gp rating which is a pre sea course after 10th.
You can become an Officer in future with experience.
