Yes, of course. You are eligible to apply for this course in various veterinary colleges in Tamilnadu. Few colleges that I can suggest you are

You could get the seat and instead you have lots of chance in it as your are almost near to the cutoff marks they are asking 196 but if all the seats got filled on time than there could be some problem

You need to be more careful as you need to keep looking for different colleges.
