For admission into MBBS program in India, various entrance examinations are conducted by respective medical institutes, Directorate of Medical Education of respective states and also by Central Board of Secondary Education on national level. Now, since you have not mentioned that the examination in which you got 12275 rank was conducted by which regulatory body, it is quite difficult to assure you about your admission in any medical college as the intake capacity of each state varies and depending upon that, the selection procedure is carried out. However, as per your rank, I am afraid that you will be certainly not considered eligible for admission if your rank is based on entrance examination conducted on state level or by individual medical college.
