Can I get Student Visa of Australia with 3.15 CGPA in 10th and 3.04 CGPA in 12th Humanities?

Hi Sir/Madam, I have got 3.15 CGPA in 10th and 3.04 CGPA in 12th standard with Humanities. I want to do my Graduation in Australia. So, with these grades, is it possible for me to get student visa of Australia?
