Sorry to say that Commerce student are not applicable for Indian Navy post .

But if you want to join in Indian Army then you are applicable for NDA exam otherwise nit .

NDA(national deffence academy) in conducted by the UPSC(union public service commission)twice in a year i.e, NDA I &NDA II. in every year.

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:-

• You must have citizenship of India
• You must be completed 12th standard from recognized state board of India
• Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19years
• Only unmarried male candidates are eligible

The pattern for NDA exam:-

If You can prepare well to your study books then you can definitely get admission in NDA.You can prepare now GK portion and Mathematics portion.

• Paper I - Mathematics : (Maximum Marks 300)
Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics.

• Paper II - General Ability
Part A - English (Maximum Marks 200)
Part B - General Knowledge (Maximum Marks 400)

NDA I and NDA II exam date already over for this year so if you want to join in NDA then wait for next notification.

You can apply in NDA exam through UPSC website.You can apply here online process also.You have option for Offline system also.

Sorry to inform you this but you are not eligible for Indian Navy as the educational eligibility is to have a B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics or a Bachelor in Engineering for Naval Academy.


since you belong to a commerce stream ,there is also a good scope like you can sit for bank exam , you can do CA , railway exams , and many more ......

on the basis of 12th one cannot join the navy and air-force if belonging to commerce stream.

But on the basis of graduation one can do so.


As you are a BBA candidate you can join the two wings as follows-

Air-Focre-

>>>You can join the Airforce through the AFCAT exam.

>>>You can only join the Ground duty branch of the air-force.

>>>You can get a job in the logistics department and the Administration department in the ground duty branch.

>>>You should be below the age of 23 for ground duty branch jobs.

>>>You will also need to have minimum 60% marks in graduation.




Navy-

You can join nay by two ways-

>>>First is through permanent commission(logistics department)

>>>second is by Short service commission(logistics department)


>>>For both the schemes you need to be between 19.5 to 25 years of age.

>>>you will also require minimum 60% aggregate in graduation.

Dear,

Jobs in Indian navy are in following categories:

1. Technical departments
2. Pilot departments
3. Ground floor departments

Since all these departments require candidates to have maths and physics in 12th you cannot apply for it from commerce background.

But don't worry. You still have a chance. You can go for higher studies after 12th in your field like: BBA or CA. As Indian Navy do recruitment for Officer and Sailors on the basis of the higher education and after these qualifications you will have some chance to go for Indian navy.

I am joinig for indian navy after pass 12th comers?

Wht kind of physical fitness do we need for nda exam?

Can i join indian navy after commerce stream..but now i am post graduate in m.c.a but my age is 26..???

I want to join Indian army through NDA but in NDA age limit is 16.5 to 19 but when complete my 12 std through science stream my age will be 19 year and 3 months at that time I can join NDA
Please suggest me
