Hi, currently I am pursuing my final year or B.Sc in Information Technology. Can I join ISRO in any department at any post after completion of my B.Sc IT? And, if I join then which further course should I do to reach at higher job level in ISRO?

To join Indian Space Research Organisation you must complete your MSc IT. It is important that you must complete your masters course with at least 60% aggregate.

ISRO conducts it's own entrance examination.

No, You cannot join ISRO with BSc Information Technology .

Only the candidate who completed B E / B.Tech in any one of the specialisation like electronics / computer science / mechanical are eligible for ISRO entrance examination.
So, as per your educational qualification you are not eligible for ISRO entrance examination.

I would like to suggest you to pursue MSc in Information Technology if you want to join ISRO.
Because ISRO demands minimum qualification and that is masters degree with minimum 60% aggregate.
