Yes, You are eligible for LLB Course after completing your 12Th examination from a recognised Board. Any Intermediate passed candidates are eligible to get admission in LLB Course.

But the admission in LLB Course in top colleges is based on CLAT Entrance examination. You can also get admission in LLB Without giving this examination, But you will not get admission in Top Reputed Colleges.

CLAT stands for common Law Admission Test and it is an all India entrance examination conducted by 14 National Law Schools/Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes LL.B & LL.M. To apply for this examination you have to complete your 12Th examination with minimum 50% Marks from a recognised Board, Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for CLAT Examination.

To apply for CLAT, your age should not be more than 20 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates.

But the last date of apply for this year CLAT Examination was already Completed. If you have failed to apply for this examination then you can try for Other colleges examination. Because many colleges will also Conducts his Own entrance examination for admission in LLB. You can apply for those examinations.

So please visit the official websites of Various Law colleges and check their Admission Process Criteria.

yes, you can do LLB after 12th.

to do LLB after 12th, you have to qualify a exam which is CLAT exam.

it is a all India basis exam.

and it based with the general awareness and general English.

Yes, after 12th you can join LL.B. through entrance exam like CLAT(Common Law Admission Test).

LL.B. - Bachelor of Law also called as Integrated LL.B. is a 5 years course and can be pursed after 12th.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream with 50% marks from a recognised Board within the age of 20 years, is eligible to apply for CLAT for admission to LL.B. Degree course.

I am happy to inform you that after passing 12th with biology stream you are eligible for L.L.B course.

For admission in top college you have to qualify the C.L.A.T exam.

COMMON LAW ADMISSION TEST

C.L.A.T exam is conducted by National Law University, JhodPur.

ELIGIBILITY FOR C.L.A.T:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board/ University with minimum 45% marks. For ST/SC candidate minimum 40% mark is require.

> Age should be in between 17-20 year. for open candidate for ST/SC candidate age limit is 17-22 year.

> Candidate must be citizen of India.

Eligibility for Appearing for LLB Exams

You should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 pass. You should have passed that exam with more than 50% marks. The appearing candidates should be an Indian national and should not be having an age over the maximum age limit.

Of course you can join the LLB course. After finishing 12th students can apply for the integrated LLB course which has the duration of 5 years. It is because it includes a bachelor degree like BA, B.Com etc along with the LLB course.

The other way around is to first finish graduation and then apply for 3 years LLB course. But it would at least take 6 years to complete LLB through this procedure in comparison to 5 years through integrated course.

On merit both procedures are the same. For admission you will have to clear the entrance exam. Common Law Admission Test is the entrance exam. It is conducted for National Law Universities, the most prestigious in the country.

One thing you should remember is that LLB course is not offered through correspondence therefore do not attempt to pursue it through distance education/correspondence mode.

The Bar Council of India will reject your degree as it does not recognize and correspondence degree for LLB course. Only pursue it through regular mode.

You can appear for CLAT having completed 12th. Your subjects in 12th are irrelevant when applying for the LLB course.


CLAT Eligibility

1. You should be Indian citizen.

2. Must have completed 12th from a recognized board.

3. 45 percent marks in 12th standard.

4. There is 5 percent relaxation for SC/ST.

5. The age limit is 20 years for the course.

6. 2 years relaxation for SC and ST.

i took the dgree of b.com from punjb universty, it has no online record but its totaly original, i mean to say no body can judge that its fake...stumped from hec, but just it does not have any online record, plase tel me can i take the admission in llb through this dgree??
