First, you are Not fulfill the age eligibility and secondly if your eyesight is very weak then you are also not eligible for NDA, because you must be Medically and Physically fit in all the respects to apply for NDA Examination. Only Unmarried male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years are eligible for NDA Examination.

This examination is conducted by UPSC, two times in a year and you have to complete your Intermediate examination to apply for NDA, This examination is conducted for these 3 wings of NDA Namely, Army wings, Naval wings and Air force wings.

Those who have completed his Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects are eligible to choose all the wings of NDA.

The Notification of Next year NDA(I) Examination is going to be Published soon in the Month of December this year. The dates already updated in the official website of UPSC.

But you are not eligible for NDA because you are not fulfill the age eligibility criteria, Secondly your eyesight is weak. You have to satisfied the given eyesight eligibility. If you are Fulfill the given mentioned criteria then you can apply for NDA Examination when you attained the age of 16.5 years, for more details check UPSC website.

2. You must be an unmarried and male aspirant. (This criteria you fulfilled)
3. You must be a 10+2 passed in any stream from a recognized board (which you do not have right now)
4. Your age must fall between 16.5 to 19 years. (This criteria is also not fit for you)
5. You must be physically fit. (Assuming you may have sound health)
6. You must have a good eyesight so that you can view distant objects clearly. (This point does not match with you)
7. You must have a minimum height of 157 cms. (As you did not mention your height)

Check below the given Eligiblity & criteria :
AGE LIMIT :-
MINIMUM - 16.5 years MAXIMUM- 19 years

Nationality - should be Indian
only for unmarried male candidates.

Education & Qualification -
candidate should have completed (10+2) from any recognized board or university .
Physics, chemistry & maths are the cumpolsary subjects.
