i completed my intermediate can i prepare for IAS exam if i an how is it

Graduation is the basic qualification required for IAS. Also, it is better to start with exam preparations right from XII class. Syllabus of the exam covers general topics as well as subject specific topics. Subject related questions are asked mostly on the optional subject selected. Understanding the exam pattern and syllabus will help you to plan for exam preparations. Routine preparation with a convenient time table will be better.

IAS Eligibility :

You must be Indian
You must be complete Graduation in any stream from a recognized University
You are age limit between 21 to 30 years
age relaxation as per govt rules
3 years age relaxation for OBC Candidates
5 years age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates

Number of Attempts :

General candidates : 4
OBC Candidates : 7
SC/ST Candidates : No limit

Selection Process :

I have completed my inter mec 2nd year and yet to join degree so please suggest me the college which is offering both civil services as well as degree

Sir actually iam intermediate mpc electrical(EW&SEA) on vocational course in second class.now discontinued inter.can I prepare the IAS.

After completing Intermediate, you can prepare for IAS Exam but you can not write IAS Exam.

Only Graduates can write IAS Exam not the Intermediate people.

Hence complete Graduation and then write IAS Exam. But preparation don't stop.

Not only for IAS, civil services exam is common for all civil services like IPS, IFS, IRS etc.
