CS stands for Company Secretary. There are three levels of this course. First level of this course is foundation course followed by executive course and final course is called professional programme.

Those who have done bachelor's degree can directly apply for executive course. So, you can directly apply for executive programme of Company secretary course after Bachelor of Commerce.
