Hello sir/mam, my name is Vinod Kr Arora , my roll no "164570041059" ,
i already studied in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University 2016 - 2018 , i have passed 1st year and 2nd year but failed in 3rd year , is it possible for me to rejoin in 3rd year after 4 year gap.

°°° According to me, it is possible to read join in 3rd year after 4 years gap.
It also depends on the terms and conditions of that particular university or college where you want to seek admission so, it is advisable to you that you should consult the principal of the college personally and mention the reason behind your gap and they will definitely going to guide you as per the guidelines of that University.

Yes, you can do it. Candidates who are interested in different fields may take 3-4 years or more to prepare for their individual goals.
So, be confident about what you are doing and you can join if you want to rejoin in 3rd year.

After 4 years of gap, you have to start your graduation from the beginning. Now you can complete your graduation through Correspondence or Distance mode from a recognized university.

In general the maximum duration to complete a bachelor degree course is 5 or 6 years varies with course.

So, now you have surpassed the time period and not eligible to get admission in 3rd year.

Having first registered for Bachelor degree in 2016 but quitting the same course in 2018 after completing first and second year of the same degree course, you are not allowed to rejoin the same course after a four year gap as the maximum duration allowed for completion of any bachelor degree course is six years from the date of first registration to the same course which is over in your case in 2022 only.

So, if you are interested in completing your graduation degree course,you will be required to start all again from the very first year of the same course by seeking a fresh admission.

As per my knowledge, you can join in 3rd year after 4 years gap if you are university or college allows you and it is there in there policy.
It would be better if you consult with the College Principal or you can also call in your university regarding this.
