Can I start a teaching career without having experience in teaching? I have done M.A Economics
Hi,
I have no experience of teaching & I am MA - Ecomonics. Can I start a teaching career now at the age of 40 |

Yes, you can definitely enter teaching line after completing M.A Economics even if you don’t have experience in teaching. To teach in private colleges, a post graduation is enough but so as to teach in government colleges or universities you need to qualify NET exam conducted by UGC. A post graduation in any subject area is the main criterion to apply for the NET exam. There is no upper age limit for attending this exam. Hence you can start a teaching career even at an age of 40.

I am b.ed so ma in eng is good option or economices or i should go for m.ed for collage level teaching.
