dear friend,
your aieee rank is very far. there are very less chances of you getting admission in ipu. since you have not given pet exam, the only option left for you is to attend their management counselling. you must fill all the streams of that college in management counselling. if your rank matched with the cut off of any one stream of that college, then you will surely get admission.

I am sorry to say that you can not get admissions int the IP. university after getting low rank.
You have to get minimum 10000 rank for getting admissions the I.P university.
You can take admissions in any private college. In my opinion you should try for next year also so you may get top govt. college
