Can I take admission for M.Sc in Mathematics having secured 59.9% in B.Sc with Statistics?
i had passed B.Sc. Statistics with 59.9%. can i take M.Sc in Mathematics.

The minimum marks required to join M.Sc is 55%. Since you have 59.9%, you can join for M.Sc in Mathematics. Masters in mathematics are required in fields like science and business, finance, engineering, education, etc. Some job opportunities for the postgraduates are Operations Research Analyst, External Auditor, Bank examiner, Actuary, and so on. The public sectors that offer postgraduates in mathematics are National Institute of Standards & Tech, Atomic Agency Department, ISRO, Defense Logistic Agency, etc.
