hello friend

in class 11th selection of subject is decided by the interest not the marks, if you are interested in science and you can work hard then why to go for commerce if your interest is in science,

so with 60% also you can go for science and prepare hard and perform well in science papers as they are a bit tough and need hard work,

so you can study anything of your choice in class 11th as there is no requirement of marks in class 11th for selection of stream
