Can I change or take transfer from government polytechnic college into another private college? Is it allowed in India? If yes, then how can I do so? Will I get my fees returned for semesters I have already paid?

No, it is not possible to transfer from Government Polytechnic to a private Polytechnic College after completion of your first year diploma course.
You need to pursue 3 years diploma course from the same college where you have taken admission in diploma course.


However, some colleges and Universities agree for the Migration of candidate through proper migration process. Therefore, you have to contact with the respective college in which you want to transfer and also in the present college check for the procedure and talk to them in person.
