Can I write 3rd semester paper in BBA while having 7 ATKTs?


Actually I have 3 ATKTs in 1 semester because I couldn't write my exam and in 2nd semester I got 4 ATKTs. So, can I write my exam of 3rd semester? If not please give me some way to write the exam of third semester as I don't want any year back.
