I have done my B.com final year from osmania university (regular)but i failed in one subject, after that i got married and due to my health problem i did not wrote my exam, can i write my exam after a Gap of 10 years is it possible

i took admission in 1999 for Bc0m(P) in SOL.and gave 2nd year exams.
but in 3rd year i got married that year.
and didnt appear in exams.
Please tell me if i can complete my graduation..

I didnt finish my b.com degree in 2003 - 2006 batch had a paper unwritten that is one paper alone didnt atten ut was given as absent got married had twin kids so prolonged is there a chance to finish and get my degree now.. sir pls reply
