Can I write the UPSET Prelims exams while being in 2nd year of B.Sc?

Hello, I am Akilesh and I have dropped out of engineering and started B.Sc and I am now in second year. I am 23 years old and thinking of writing Prelims exam which will be held on June, 2020. So, will I be able to apply for Prelims exams while continuing my B.Sc? Or, do I need to complete the B.Sc first and then apply for UPSET Prelims?
