Can SC candidates write Sub-Inspector examination directly after Intermediate?
Hi, I have completed my Intermediate and I belong to Schedule Caste category. I would like apply and write the Sub-Inspector post recruitment examination. Am I eligible for it? Is there any reservation and relaxation for SC candidates for Sub-Inspector?

Re: Can SC candidates write Sub-Inspector examination directly after Intermediate?
The required minimum educational qualification to appear for SI recruitment examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised board.
There is no relaxation in educational qualification for the reserved category. There is relaxation in age limit for the reserved category. Entrance examination will be conducted in various stages for final selection. For more information go through the notification. |

There is relaxation only in the age limit for the SC candidates and reservation of seats not for educational qualification.
So, you need to possess minimum bachelor degree educational qualification to become eligible to appear in the examination for final selection. Examination is conducted in various stages and after qualifying in all stages become eligible for selection. |
