Yes, you can take admission in Xth in another school if that school is also affiliated to CBSE. But I would like to suggest you to continue in the same school as class Xth is very important and if you change your school at this time then you will have to suffer many problems like changing of faculty, friends, atmosphere, etc. So you should change your school after completing Xth.
