Yes, you are eligible to appear for the I.A.S, R.A.S examination conducted by the UPSC through the Civil services examination.

Civil services examination is conducted by the UPSC every are the required qualification to appear for the examination is candidates must have passed the graduation from any recognised university in any discipline. The age of the candidates must be between the 21-32 years and relaxation for the reserved category candidates.

So you can appear for the examination in the next year if passed the graduation. The examination is conducted in the three stages and candidates have to qualify in the stages for the final selection. For more information about the examination visit at the www.upsc.gov.in.
