Can a two years continuously failed in graduation eligible to apply for UPSC exam? Terms and conditions for it?


Hello sir, I have got continuously two years back in 2nd year of graduation and this year I got passed. Am I eligible to apply for UPSC exam? Terms and conditions for it?

Yes, you can apply for various UPSC exam if you have cleared all papers in bachelor's degree in which you have backlog earlier. The eligibility criteria for UPSC exams is that candidate must have passed bachelor's degree with passing percentage of marks. There should not be any existing backlog.

UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. UPSC conducts various examinations, you can apply for given below exams:

>>Civil Services Examination.

>>Central Armed Police Force exam.

>>Combined Defence Services etc.

You must meet age criteria.
