Sir/Madam
I have completed my MBA in Marketing. My previous degree is B.Pharma. I have done my MBA as regular course. I want to know that what are the career option for me. What kind of job can i get. Can you suggest some companies or sites where i can use my Pharmacy degree as well as MBA degree.

Well dear these days there is very tough hunt for Jobs. Specially in Pharma sector because of increasing number of Pharma graduates and loosing number of Indian Pharmaceutical Companies. Even Ranbaxy will no longer remain Indian, as it is going to be over taken by foreign company. Whereas Ranbaxy has already 40% of its stakes shared.

However, since you are fresher way to a better career is quite difficult without campuse placement.

Now Pharma sector has only Jobs like- MEdical representative, Medical Coder, On field marketer etc. for freshers.

At present I am providing what I have for employment.

Whole suppliers of medicine agencies.
Medical Export and import agencies.
In other companies as a Marketing Manager.


So do not worry at the beginning you may get less package, but when you will be experiences holder your package will increase.

what is the good option after b.pharma? marketing or production?

I have done MBA Marketing,and have filed experience of 2 years in Sales & Marketing(Industrial Sales-Capital Equipments)).I am bored with the sales life roaming all around. I want to know that what are the career option to get pure office job.Can u please suggest me some options.

This is the time for improve yourself, you may get job in various company, such as pharma company, in their management post, some of the companies are-
Mankind pharma,
Ranbaxy,
Byres etc.
If your MBA degree is general MBA then you may get job in other company rest of pharma.

this is totally depends on your choice, now a days MBA is preffered. it will provide you high salary package. otherwise in M.pharma, there also have good oppertunity but this is time consuming.

the posts that you can get after MBA in marketing is generally-
Marketing executive,
manager post of the company,
head of the department of a company etc.
the post is depend on your MBA type either it is general or pharma MBA.
