The specific entrance exams required for admission to a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program can vary depending on the university or institution offering the course. In India, there are multiple entrance exams conducted at the national, state, and university levels that are accepted for BCA admissions. Here are some common entrance exams for BCA:

1. NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test): This is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) for admission to their MCA (Master of Computer Applications) programs. Some NITs also offer integrated BCA-MCA programs, and the NIMCET score may be considered for admission to the BCA portion of the program.

2. IPUCET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test): This is a university-level entrance exam conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) in Delhi for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including BCA.

3. SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test): This is a university-level entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to various undergraduate programs, including BCA, offered by the Symbiosis institutes.

4. State-level Entrance Exams: Many states in India conduct their own entrance exams for admission to professional courses, including BCA. Examples include MAH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test), TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test), KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam), and so on.

5. University-specific Entrance Exams: Some universities may have their own entrance exams for admission to BCA programs. These exams are specific to the particular university and may include tests on subjects such as mathematics, reasoning, English language, and computer-related knowledge.

It is important to note that the availability and requirements of entrance exams can change from year to year. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly check the official websites of the universities or institutions you are interested in for the most up-to-date information on their admission procedures, including the specific entrance exams accepted for BCA admissions.
