Chances of getting int IIM or any other reputed management college after giving CAT? How to prepare for CAT along with B.Tech?
hi i'm in cse 3rd yr b.tech and i want to know what are the chances of getting into an iim or other reputed management college after giving cat ?
also can you suggest me how to prepare for the cat along with b.tech? |

Your chances will mainly depend on the score you secure in the CAT. Also how you fair in the GD and interview round is also important. If you wish to join IIM's then certainly you must score above 95 percentile in all the sections individually. Since you are pursuing engineering joining an entrance training institute will be useful. You need to make sure you balance your time for B.Tech as well as the exam.

do we need more than 75% overall in graduation, inspite of more than 97 percentile marks in cat for getting admission in iim?
