Is MBA(Industry Collaboration) from CJM University is approved by HRD ? Can i apply in the Govt. job once i get the degree in MBA from CMJ University ?

Indian high commission does not attest degrees from CMJ University. I use to work in Indian high commission (Singapore) and I have seen CMJ's degrees been rejected from attestation.
