Which college should I prefer between KNIT Sultanpur and BIET Jhansi


Sir,
My general rank in uptu is 3577 in engineering stream. Which college i should prefer KNIT Sultanpur or BIET Jhansi?
N sir could u please tell me the other choices that i have apart from dese colleges in both gov colleges n private colleges..
