Admission to engineering for 2012 is almost over in all the engineering government and private colleges/universities.

Moreover, to get admission your class 12 aggregate percentage plays an important role. Unfortunately, you haven't mentioned. Hence, in the absence of such vital detail, it is not possible to say in which college you can get admission.

Most of the UGC recognized and deemed universities/colleges require minimum 65% aggregate marks in higher secondary or equivalent from a recognized school/board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and English as subjects, to be eligible to apply for admission.

According to your rank you will not get good college for Admission & good stream .
Its better to prepare your self for next year and appear engineering entrance which is held held every year i.e AIEEE , State JEE , etc..

If you will crack the exam with a good rank then you will get a good college for admission.
