i persued 2770 rank in pgecet in which college i will get the seat in open category....?

wich colleges get 2339 rank, that is batter rank

you will not get admission in any university since that was not a good rank. Because any specialization in any university/college has only 18 seats.
So it's better to try next time.
Or you can get admission in some private colleges in your region. But that is not a good option. Also the fess for private college is 50000.
