Congratulations for your AIEEE result .
My dear frankly speaking please don't have expectation to get a government college because the rank is scoring at bit low rank.
but your state rank is good so i would prefer you to try in state colleges rather than any NIT or some private college.

You can try for some government college at the time of counsel but i am suggesting you some good college of UT:-
1> Dehradun institute of Technology
2> College of engineering rorkee.
3> Graphic Era university
4> UPES
