among them IIT'S are best.they conduct admission through GATE,however after cracking iit-jee institutes like IIST offer b.tech,b.tech-m.tech dual programes in aeronautical engineering free of cost,from 2010it conducts its own entrance.

Firstly , one have to be an engineer to get into a post graduation in aeronautics. If you are a aeronautical engineer then you only need to apply in the given list at this link:

But if you are an engineering graduate from the other stream then you need to crack GATE exam from the aeroscience subject, which make you eligible for admission in IITs and IISc 's aeronautical engineering masters.
