Hello,
Most of the colleges in India especially in Tamilnadu offering this course exclusively. Though you scored low mark, you can still join in the self-financing mode which requires the annual fees along with other nominal fees only. But the scope of the same is very high if you cleared the course with atleast 70% in the final year. Companies like IOC, BP, ONGC, Bager-Hughes are constantly recruiting the Petroleum engineers.

The one of the college i suggest you is UPES i.e. "University of Petroleum and Energy Studies".It is a very good college which contains all the branches related to petroleum field and its package is also very high.

it would be best for you and you future since it is specialized for it only...
